It is such a powerful thing, to tell someone Why they need to do this or that. Or Why you can‘t do this or that for them.
In every culture telling the other person Why is a sign of respect, and it calms people down.
People will then comply with your request, voluntarily, even when they don’t feel like doing it.
Telling someone Why is different than asking them Why? asking someone Why? can put them on the defensive. But that's a topic for a future blog.
